Animation

Yay! I'm stuck doing an animation for class. Although, you know, I'm taking an animation class, so it's quite obvious that I would do that.

So, I also have work to do for Ningen Manga and that's due Monday. Coloring and all.

I'm also thinking of doing a graphic novel with my fiancé's father. He has a story and I like taking on impossible projects. So that's all. I know I haven't uploaded any images. I'm a bit hesitant since it's a character design blog, I don't like people stealing stuff. It's such a double-edge sword. I want to show off my work, but I don't want people to steal it and it basically involves me trusting the vast scopes and eye balls on the internet.

I need to think of a way to protect my work but still show it off, so I was working on a copyright/watermark but it makes the art look ridiculous. >.> And making is small isn't going to work either. So I think I'll put a copyright on and make it a decent size but not too large or detailed. You all will just have to tell me if you've seen my art around being claimed by someone else. You think you can do that for me? That'd be great! XD And for that, I will make sure I have images for download for free, like wallpaper or paper designs and the like. Yay! Don't you just love freebies?

As for the 50 different words to base characters around, I'm open to suggestions however, I'm going to pick them randomly right now and not think about them...or I'm going to pick a random word from the dictionary and do it that way. XD Yay randomness! Actually, I'll just use this random word generator.

First Entry

Alright! First entry ya'll! XD So here's what's up. My professor has a blog specifically for his figure drawings and I thought, "Hey! That's a great idea!" So I'm going to be posting things for my figure drawings as well as character creation thingies here. I'll probably post up assignments as well among other things, which'll be good for me so that way I can see improvements and such over time.

I'll try and update the album that slideshows through my images as often as I can, but the more current stuff will be in blog form here. I'll try and just keep it to black and white sketches, etc. etc. too.
